The Flea’s ninth season (!) opens outdoors April 2 + 3, and Team Flea couldn’t be more excited. It’s a new season with new vendors and a new (old) location: the Sunday Brooklyn Flea is returning to DUMBO in 2016!
Our former Sunday home in Williamsburg at 50 Kent Ave. is in the process of being incorporated into Bushwick Inlet Park, which is great news for the neighborhood. We’re sad to leave our Williamsburg Sunday home after five lovely years, but we’re thrilled to return to DUMBO. And with the Saturday Smorgasburg still at East River State Park, we’re not technically leaving, just spreading our wings.
The DUMBO grand opening on Sunday, April 3, aligns with the return outdoors for all markets that weekend. We’re pleased to be working again with our friends at the DUMBO Improvement District on this project.
Find the Flea every Sunday at Pearl Plaza, one of Brooklyn’s coolest public spaces, which encompasses the majestic Archway under the Manhattan Bridge, cobblestone Anchorage Place, and groovy Pearl Street Triangle. We’ll have room for about 75 vendors—antiques and collectibles, vintage clothing, furniture, rugs and textiles, makers—and of course some yummy food too. Every Sunday, 10am to 5pm.
If you’re interested in applying, fill out the vendor application here.
See you at the Flea!
