Record Fair October 5

Poster Small 2

On Saturday October 5th, the Brooklyn Flea Record Fair returns for its biggest edition yet. Featuring 55 vendors, the fair welcomes back veteran labels like Domino Records, DFA, True Panther, Captured Tracks, Minimal Wave and Warp, as well as newcomers Hometapes (visiting from Portland, OR), Frenchkiss and the venerable L.I.E.S.—25 labels total! Once again we’ve asked labels to reach deep into their vaults to find special items to sell exclusively at the fair. So far the items include out-of-print and yet-to-be-in-print albums, as well as limited edition colored vinyl, cassettes and 7”s. A full list of specialty items is below.

We are also pleased to have all of New York’s finest record stores represented, including from Manhattan: Other Music, Turntable Lab, and Kim’s; and from Brooklyn: Academy, Record Grouch, Co-op 87, and Halcyon. And of course we’ve cherrypicked the city’s quirkiest and finest record collectors, who bring out rare, sought-after and Nice Price selections.

Dogfish Head Craft Brewed Ales returns as our musical beer partners for the day, with their tried-and-true range seasonal specials and year-round staples.

Check our Facebook Event Page for updates, including the day’s DJ lineup.
