It’s only been two weeks, and we miss you too! We’re happy to announce that starting this Sunday, SmorgasBrewery will feature a rotating lineup of five Flea/Smorg food vendors every week at the Brooklyn Brewery‘s tasting room in Williamsburg. The inaugural SmorgasBrewery takes place Sunday, December 4, from noon till 5pm. Admission is free, but food and beer are not. Brooklyn Brewery is at 79 N. 11th St. between Wythe and Berry.
Along with Brooklyn Brewery’s rad selection of local craft beers, this week you’ll find the following vendors:
Brooklyn Oyster Party – The freshest of fresh oysters from Kyle Needham’s successful shellfish endeavor.
Kumquat Cupcakery – Keavy bakes the cutest, most creative cupcakes—they’ve been a highly coveted hit at the market since the early days.
Landhaus – Landhaus cooks up thick, sweet slices of pork belly to make pretty much the best BLT in town. Lamb burgers too.
Mile End – Mile End elevates brisket to heretofore unknown levels of smoked-meat amazingness, redefining the Jewish deli for our time.
Shorty Tang & Sons – Shorty Tang’s legendary sesame noodles have been revived by his grandsons to universal acclaim.
